DFPC Online Shopping Program Merchandise Return and Exchange Policy 

Mabuhay! We hope you love everything you purchased from DFPC’s shopping online site. This policy outlines our return and exchange process for your convenience.

1. Return Time Frame:

Customers may initiate the return of item/s within Thirty (30) days from the time of purchase provided it is accompanied by proof of purchase, in their original packaging and complete accessories. Items purchased at a discount may be returned/exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase only. 

2. Eligible Items allowed for a return/exchange:

Goods that are exempt from being returned or exchanged are intimate apparel or items (e.g. earrings, underwear, socks, etc.), and health and personal care items for hygienic and sanitary reasons.  

Consumable items purchased through our online site may also be returned or exchanged if they are unopened, sealed, and in their original state of packaging, together with the proof of purchase.

For Items allowed for refund or exchange in original condition with tags and labels attached and accompanied by proof of purchase, a Credit Voucher shall be issued and must be used within 30 days at any of our DFPC outlets and must be used in full upon presentation for payment. If the credit voucher is not utilized in full, it is presumed that the customer waives the excess amount.

Items for exchange may be of the same amount or higher value as the item/s being returned. Any price difference must be paid.
