1. Who can shop at Duty Free Philippines Online Shop?

For now, arriving passengers (Regular Filipino Travelers / Foreign Tourists / Balikbayan / OFWs), immediately upon arrival from a foreign country, at an international airport or seaport.

We are in the process of expanding to be of service.

2. How much is the shopping limit:

Regular Filipino Travelers and Foreign Tourists

Tax Exempt maximum purchase in the amount of One Thousand United States Dollars (USD 1,000.00) or its equivalent in Philippine Peso (PHP) and other foreign currencies.

Balikbayan/OFWs:

Tax Exempt maximum purchase in the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred United States (USD 1,500.00) or its equivalent in Philippine Peso (PHP) and other foreign currencies.

3. Are there shopping restrictions?

Bureau of Customs rules and regulations limit the purchase of the following:

Cigarettes - Two (2) ream
Liquor: Two (2) bottles
Wine: Two (2) bottles

4. How soon can the traveler or shopper place an online order?

The customer or traveler has the option to place an order between 45 days prior and up to 3 hours before they arrive at NAIA Terminal 01 and 03 Airport.

5. Can the shopper request a return or exchange for the items ordered?

6. Where is the designated pickup location for travelers to collect their orders?

For passengers arriving at NAIA Terminal 01, orders can be collected at the Duty Free Philippines Store located at NAIA Terminal 01 Arrival Ramp.
For passengers arriving at NAIA Terminal 03, orders can be collected at the Duty Free Philippines Store at NAIA Terminal 03 Arrival.
